Our Saloon Menu

We know you’re here for great BBQ, and there are a couple of ways you can do that: order our classic pulled pork sandwich or our trio platter with smoked brisket, pulled pork, and shredded chicken. We make our barbeque sauces and smoke all our meats in-house, so you know you’re in for a top-notch meal. Got someone else in your party who doesn’t want smoked meats? We might not get that, but with all the creative and mouthwatering dishes on the menu, from the starters to the entrees, kids meals, and desserts, everyone can find what they’re craving on our menu!

Not sure what to try? Some of our favorites are the Cowboy Poutine or Saloon Nachos. We’ve got great salads, including the Salmon Salad. If you want a great sandwich, you can try our Southwest BLT or Melt. We’ve got a great grill menu, too! The Southwest Melt is toasted texas Toast with our signature grilled burger or our smoked brisket topped with melted Pepper Jack cheese, chili aioli, sauteed onions, and sauteed jalapenos. Special mention goes out to the Elote, our version of Mexican Street Corn. Believe us, after you try it once, you’ll be begging for more.
